Shipping and Delivery
- Subject to this Agreement, goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which will be provided to you by email.
- We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however, from time to time particularly during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control.
- Please allow up to 10-30 days delivery (for standard and express post). Sellers may set their own delivery time frames which may differ from goods sold by us. You should check the sales listing for these details.
- Standard and express post are subject to different fees and charges. In addition, certain goods (including large and bulky items or special orders) may be subject to additional charges. All shipping charges will be made available to you at checkout.
- Sellers utilize their own shipping and distribution networks and may charge different rates for shipping on goods.
- Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders and your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
- For goods sold by Arvi Marketplace, some orders may not require a signature and will be left in a safe place at your delivery address in accordance with Australia Post’s standard practices.
- A signature may be required for some deliveries and some marketplace orders (depending on the individual Seller’s requirements). You are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery. Neither we, nor a Marketplace Seller will be responsible:
- for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the stated delivery time-frames;
- for lost or missing parcels that have been
signed for at your selected delivery address (regardless of whether or
not you have personally accepted delivery);
- for lost or missing parcels left at your the chosen location where you have expressly given authority to leave with the item’s carrier.
- We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any delivery options at our absolute discretion.

Due to the current situation around the world we are still shipping out. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or Aus Post uncontrollable timeframes by Aus Post.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post.

Orders are sent via Australia Post and require signature on delivery.
If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from. In most cases the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot.
Please allow 0-3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be within the first 24hrs as we aim to get every order off ASAP.
PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, LOCATION, NATURAL DISASTERS, CUSTOMS INVESTIGATIONS, AUSTRALIA POST INVESTIGATIONS & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS.
THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ASAP.
Please note: Some items are unable to be shipped Internationally due to brand restrictions in Australia.
In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to one to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post/Courier Please Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these Postage Company timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to collect from Truganina, Victoria, DO NOT pick this option, as your parcel will be placed in our store.
You will be sent a text message when your parcel is ready to be picked up at the address below. Please ensure to bring your receipt to pick up your purchase.
